Assuming there are no instances of Drupal on the server, the only way I see you can grab old meta data by using Web Archive (https://web.archive.org/) considering Web Archive has crawled the website. Or you can use “site:yourdomain.com” in Google to find what meta data Google has stored for the pages.
If you still have Drupal website database, you can find the meta data there. Please check database for more informations.
