Yes, I did that and it still didn’t help.
On another note, I followed the very limited directions regarding adding custom fields to the rank math analyzer and it still doesn’t recognize any of the content and links within my WYSIWYG custom field created with PODS.

FYI: Rank Math is also missing tons of data and images in my directory listings.
Rank Math is also not recognizing the ampersand symbol (&) in titles. This is a problem when the title contains the legal name of a business.
When the ampersand symbol is present in the title, Rank Math doesn’t recognize it as being in the URL:

We deeply apologize for the delay and inconvenience.
For some reason, your ticket has been moved to “Unapproved” status because of the external links posted in your previous replies. I went ahead and changed that.
Back to the issue, after debugging your Analytics setup, I discovered that the Google account you connected to Rank Math plugin has a property that is currently not owned by you as you can see in the screenshot below:

Kindly head over to your GSC (Google Search Console) > Settings > Users and Permissions and make sure that you own the property you have connected to our plugin.
If you have resolved that, head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect your Google service. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

As for the issues with your Content Analysis not reading the images and content of your page, please share some of the affected URLs so we can take a closer look at them.

I have disconnected and attempted to reconnect the account (yes, I’m the owner but used two different email addresses for Rank Math and GSC so I updated to add both email addresses as “owner”). Regardless of the troubleshooting, Rank Math will not allow me to reconnect it at all. It won’t populate a website for me to select from the drop down menu.
I’m not sure where to go from here. Please advise!

What do you mean??? NOTHING is reading on my site. I can’t even reconnect Google to Rank Math on my site after you told me to disconnect it!

It’s been over a month now since I submitted this ticket for help. This has got to be some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! If it’s not fixed ASAP, I am taking all my sites to your competitors.

The analytics stats also shows data but the number seems to be so small at the moment. If this isn’t accurate, please share the organic traffic data from Google Search Console for the last 30 or 15 days so we can compare it with the data coming through in the Analytics module.

It’s not tracking anything again. I don’t understand why your plugin doesn’t work on my site. This is very frustrating. I was looking for all of the features you advertise but this isn’t working at all.

I have enabled Site Kit’s sharing capabilities. You should be able to view the stats yourself in Google Site Kit. Please let me know if you experience trouble doing so.
