There are a few factors on why this issue happens, it could be that the analytics module has been disabled. You can enable it by going to Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules and looking for the Analytics module and toggling it on.
It could be that your Google account has been disconnected from Rank Math, you can reconnect it by going to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, if it is disconnected you will se a big blue button that says Connect Google Services, Click it then follow use your google account you want to connect to it, click continue and it should work fine.
It could also be that your Google account is connected but does not have the proper permission. To fix this issue, can you try to disconnect and then re-connect the Google account that is connected in the Rank Math, you can do that by doing the following:
1. Remove Rank Math app permission by going to this link https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, Then choose Rank Math and then click the Remove Access button.
2. Reconnect your Google account to Rank Math by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again properly:
3. Then, Check all the Permission needed by Rank Math.
Then after that, it should work fine.
