Credits missing

    Hi, I had the free rank math plugin setup on our clients website. I purchased credits through our CMS in which it directed me to the rank math site to finish the transaction. It then emailed me an invoice for my purchase of the credits, but when I returned to the site it still shows the credit count as ZERO.

    I then proceeded to upgrade to the pro version, but still the credit count shows ZERO.

    We see the Content AI purchase for $49 but we do not see any PRO license purchase.

    We have transferred your purchased AI credits to this account

    Now, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    reconnect

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct AI credit count.
