I’ve followed the instructions here but majority of my URLs are still getting a 403 error. Please see the URL for my API key and the spreadsheet of URLs I am trying to get indexed

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

The URLs in the file you have shared all have 200 status code.

Also, have you already created manually the txt file in your website’s root folder as mentioned in our guide here?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Yes I did that.

The file shows the URLs I am submitting are status 200 but when I go to submit them via rankmath a 403 error comes through.

The URL I submitted is my txt file.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
