Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Your site URL has changed since you connected to Rank Math. Click here to reconnect. but I am unsure if this WordPress error is after or before migration.
To solve this issue. would you please follow the KB I’ve shared below to see if that helps you to fix this issue?
https://rankmath.com/kb/problems-while-connecting-account/
previously my website URL: https://www.prideinwear.com but now it displays https://prideinwear.com
I can open the website using www and as well non-www. To resolve the issue, we need to redirect one version to another. You can follow the below article to redirect it to your desired method:
https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-redirect-non-www-urls-to-www/
canonical error in google webs search console.
If you use url prefix properties then you won’t be able to transfer the data from www to nom-www. It will only show the data of that specific url which was verified. However to tackle this you can create a domain level property which will include data of all the variants of the url i.e. https/www/nonwww. You can read more about it here – https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/34592?hl=en
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you
I followed the instruction (pasted the redirection code), but the problem is not solved properly. If you guys will reply, I will send to 9 images for your better understanding.
Hello,
Thank you for providing additional information.
I would suggest please contact your hosting provider and they may be able to add the redirect properly. Please do tell them you want to redirect non-www to www version.
If they want, you can share this code that needs to be added:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^example.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.example.com/$1 [L,R=301]
Let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you
Hi.
Firstly, I want yo solve this issue: why my website address changed?
I want to set up one preferred domain. Previously there was an option of site setting in google websearch console where we set one preferred domain (after setting up preferred domain weather I choose http://www.prideinwear.com, http://prideinwear.com, https:prideinwear.com, it always shows me https://www.prideinwear.com). I want that setting so there is no point of redirection. I don’t find it a correct way. please tell me proper solution. I had set up four properties in google search console in 2018 (http://www.prideinwear.com, http://prideinwear.com, https:prideinwear.com, https://www.prideinwear.com), then I set up my preferred domain https://www.prideinwear.com so it always shows me this address only no matter what address I put on google.
And yes through your code, there is only one problem solved:
when I type: https://prideinwear.com, it redirects https://www.prideinwear.com (solved).
when I type: https://www.prideinwear.com, it redirects https://www.prideinwear.com (solved, obvious).
when I type http://prideinwear.com, it redirects https://prideinwear.com (not solved), it must also redirects on https://www.prideinwear.com
when I type http://www.prideinwear.com, it redirects https://www.prideinwear.com (solved).
this is not the exact redirection, sometimes it redirects somewhere else, I removed your code now. Please tell me what should I do?
I inserted the exact code according to you (the details mentioned given by you). but problem persists. As I have already told you :

There are 4 different properties I had set in google websearch console (http://www.prideinwear.com, http://prideinwear.com, https://prideinwear.com, https://www.prideinwear.com). This (https://www.prideinwear.com) would be the result in every case no matter which property I put on google.
Hello,
We have verified that all the versions of the website url , that is https://prideinwear.com , https://www.prideinwear.com and http://prideinwear.com are redirecting to https://www.prideinwear.com/ successfully.
Please refer to the screenshot:
When you use URL prefix properties, you can’t move data between www and non-www versions. The data will only be shown for the specific URL you verified.
To solve this issue, you can create a domain-level property that includes data from all URL variations, like https://prideinwear.com , https://www.prideinwear.com and http://prideinwear.com
You can learn more about how to manage various versions of the website property in GSC from this article : Add a website property to Search Console
We hope that helps, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
If I am typing http://prideinwear.com, it is redirecting on https://prideinwear.com, it must redirect on https://www.prideinwear.com
Why pages are indexed on http://prideinwear.com?
while my main property is http://www.prideinwear.com
And in pages are also indexed on my main property https://www.prideinwear.com (that is obvious)
Hello,
If I am typing http://prideinwear.com, it is redirecting on https://prideinwear.com, it must redirect on https://www.prideinwear.com
Your web host is in a better position to assist you in this kind of redirect.
As my colleague mentioned above, you may need to get in touch with your web host to apply the redirects properly instead of getting chain redirects.
Regarding the non-www version of your site, since it was already index, it may take time to remove and update the correct variation on the SERPs.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
