    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems to be working fine on our end and the error in your logins is related to the Mailpoet plugin. Have you tried disabling that?

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Yes, I can see RankMath is not able to detect MailPoet API but my query is why rankmath is not able to detect MailPoet API ? Is it not compatible with MailPoet ? Just to let you know, I always keep my wordpress and all the plugins up to date. Did you checked from your end if the latest version of Rankmath is having some problem with the latest version of MailPoet ? If yes, then are you planning to fix the issue and release the new version? I am certainly not going to remove MailPoet because I need it if Rankmath does not work well with MailPoet. If you cannot fix it, I will better remove RankMath and install some other SEO tool.

    Hello,

    The errors are not related to our plugin. Our plugin just shows you the error log so you can access it easily in your dashboard instead of getting the log file from your site’s root directory. The errors are related to the MailPoet plugin and you should get in touch with their support to get them fixed.
