Sorry for the issue you are facing.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If that doesn’t help, then leave your WordPress login details in the sensitive data section. Here’s the sensitive section:

I have already left my details in the sensitive section, have you received it? I couldn’t find any section in the current thread to send information in a sensitive manner, hence created a new ticket with same subject, let me know if you have received it.
There are no logins.

Hi Michael, that’s because if you see Rankmath plugin has been activated, but i have not set it up, could you try setting this up and then go to the post which has a score of 94, let me know how do you find this?
