I tried to edit the meta tags and meta description in posts and I could save the details without any issue. Please refer to the sensitive data section for screenshot.

This issue happens due to the number of product attributes on your site that are displayed in the Titles & Meta settings.
You can try temporarily disabling your WooCommerce plugin and try saving the settings on your site.
In this case, we recommend increasing the PHP values and following our guide here:
