    Rank Math free

Upfront I am a complete amateur so please bare with me.

I recently worked with my web hosting provider (ipage) to take a website I build on WordPress using Divi from a subdomain and point it to my main domain. The site looks to be working fine, but what I am noticing is that my SEO results on Google still reference my old site pages and information.

After reaching out to my iPage support team to ask them what I need to do they advised that the wordpress folder that they pointed my main domain to pull from does not have a sitemap uploaded.

Can someone help me understand the best way to pull my sitemap from RankMath so I can upload it to my iPage wordpress folder as well as submit the sitemap for Google?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with your sitemap not generating on a new domain.

Please follow these steps to refresh the Rank Math sitemaps:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

After that your sitemaps should be generated consistently. You can check the sitemap on yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
