Some serious issues in URL

Hello Rank Math team, there is an issue with the URLs of our website readersbooksclub.com. Recently we changed the whole structure of our website, previously there was Hindi and English content, both published on the same website, but now we have created a separate subdomain for the Hindi content. So, the problem is:

For there was an article: https://readersbooksclub.com/the-power-of-focus/
previously in this URL, there was a Hindi article, and the English version of this article was on the URL: https://readersbooksclub.com/en_US/the-power-of-focus/

After changes:
The Hindi article went to this: https://hindi.readersbooksclub.com/the-power-of-focus/ (Subdomain, without any redirection)
The English article to: https://readersbooksclub.com/the-power-of-focus/

So, it means that where there was a Hindi article on this URL (https://readersbooksclub.com/the-power-of-focus/) now it is in English.

So, the redirections went wrong. Is there anything we can do right now? How is it going to impact our SEO.
