I am not sure if you received my last submission so I am sending this again.
On the 27 February 2023 I was assured my account would be cancelled and no further payments taken. Today you have taken a further payment against my request. I dealt with an agent called Princess of which I have a copy of her response, mysteru=iously this is not available in my logged in section.
Please return the payment in full and cancel my account as requested.
