You can change the robots meta for a particular page or post from the Rank Math Advanced Tab meta box.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If the Advance Tab is not showing, you must have chosen to use Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

That should reveal the option on the Rank Math SEO meta box.
