    Hello,

    I have followed the directions on your help for when Rank Math is all at 0. My connection for the analytics is green but no data is being pulled. My website is http://www.tuscanyflavor.com

    Can you please look and see why I am not receiving any data?

    Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending.

    or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

    Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

    This is how it should look like:

    After that, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google Analytics and you should be able to see the updated data on Rank Math Analytics dashboard.

    Hello, My data is still coming in as 0 hits even though I followed the steps above. Can you please take a look and see why the information isn’t running?

    When I clicked Run it brings me to another screen that states 96 pending actions. 3 days ago I ran all 96 “pending” actions and none of the information has uploaded.

    Please make sure to update the Free plugin to the latest version as we have fixed analytics issues related to the data fetch and frequent disconnection to make sure you don’t have to keep reconnecting your Google account to get the stats. https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    Even after updating the plugin, the issue persists then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
