Please double check if the website field is filled in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO. Though I can see it’s set correctly in Schema.
Also, I checked out the website and it does contains og:site_name tag which is enough for Google to show the Site name instead of domain name. There are few articles which shows the same thing as what we already have : https://developers.google.com/search/blog/2022/10/introducing-site-names-on-search
I would suggest open a ticket in Google forum https://support.google.com/webmasters/community and let’s see what take they have on this.
