Unfortunately, the said error appears on the image in the wordpress dashboard, so I can no longer retrieve the data from the Google Search Console.
The error appears as soon as I activate the RankMath plugin (even if all other plugins are deactivated)
I would be happy if you could support me here and possibly tell me what the problem is.
### Edit: if i log in with another user it works. ###
Best regards
Julian

Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
For your issue, I don’t see any error on your site related to the search console error and the data seems to be showing correctly.
If the issue is there, please use a tool like imgbb and share screenshot with us of the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Sakib!
Thank you for your quick reply.
I gave you MY access data and adjusted the sensitive data. Strangely enough, the error only occurs in this account.
Maybe you can see something there.

I’ve checked your site, but it seems that the data are already showing. Please refer to the screenshots attached in the sensitive data section.
Could you please confirm the same as well on your end?

Hi Reinelle,
thanks for your feedback!
Very strange. I can see the data in the Rankmath dashboard, but the wordpress dashboard only shows the previous error message.
Hello.
When I looked today, my values were gone. At the moment there seems to be a real problem on my side with rankmath. Either the previous error appears in the WordPress dashboard, so that the data from the Google Search Console cannot be displayed and now something new again.
Can’t you see anything there?
Hello,
Can you please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you?
1. Remove Rank Math’s access from Google
Please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Re-connect to regenerate auth token from Google
After that, reconnect the Google account again, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:
3. Grant all necessary permissions
Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services. Please check my screenshot below for reference:
4. Setup Analytics
Once the above process is done, please follow the URL below to setup Rank Math Analytics properly:
https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/#num-3-connect-to-search-consoleAfter that, please try fetching data from Google Analytics by following the URL below and wait for a while to see if that works for you:
https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#scheduled-actionsLet us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I’ve tried that 4 times already.
this did not lead to success. I also don’t want to create an analytics account or receive data here. I do this with another plugin (Matomo). I’m only concerned with the data from the Google search console, which is no longer displayed. neither in the dashboard nor in the rankmath plugin under the “Analysis” tab
Hello,
I checked your website and the Google Analytics account is not connected. Screenshot:
Please add our developer m*******@r*********** as an admin user to your Google Analytics account. You can follow this guide for how: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1009702. Once you have added our developer to your GA, please let us know so we can continue troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Nigel,
it’s not about Google analytics, but about the data from the Google search console. I don’t use google analytics. A few days ago I was still seeing data from the google search console. Unfortunately, the numbers are now 0 everywhere and no more traffic is displayed. Is there anything I can do to help you solve the problem?
Julian
Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Please add our developer’s email address (m*******@r***********) to your Google Search Console account instead to investigate and debug the issue on the connection.
Here’s a guide you can follow for that:
https://rankmath.com/kb/add-user-to-google-search-console/Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi Reinelle!
I added your developers email adress to my Google Search Console.Information:
Since there were significant problems with our site last night, I had to import an old backup (from 05.03.)
But the problems with RankMath remain. Nothing is displayed either in the WordPress dashboard or in the analysis view. The values have been missing there since February 28th.
In the past I have also tried to retrieve the data manually more often. Then nothing was displayed and all values were at zero.
I am very happy about your support!
1000 thanks!I am very happy about your support!
1000 thanks!Julian
Hello,
We see a few issues here and we tried to address them.
1. You didn’t have the scheduled actions running on your website. We have installed the Action Scheduler plugin separately which ensures that the automated actions are performed without manual interference.
2. We see that the invoice you shared is from 2021. Did you renew in November 2022? If so, please share the email ID you used to make the purchase.
3. The account used to activate the Business subscription on your website is now a free account. Please help us with #2 above so we can help you consolidate the subscriptions.
4. The token used to authenticate your Google has expired. Now, we see that you are not running the latest version of Rank Math PRO which might be the reason the token is not working properly. To fix this, we need #2 above so we can update you to the latest version. Then, you will have to re-connect to Google once from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
We look forward to hearing back from you.
