Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories, and from there please enable the Add SEO Controls option.

Once done, you will be able to find Rank Math SEO meta box in your category editor page and from there, you can update the meta data for the category page.

Please ensure that the option is enabled for the post-type category. If you’re referring to posts, then the categories under Post should be enabled.

If the issue still persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
