1. For the connection issue, please check the WordPress URL and Site URL in those options by going to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General and making sure they match.
The error message indicates that you entered a different website URL, as they must match for a successful connection.
After ensuring that try to reconnect again.

2. Regarding the credits, please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits. After that, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you are able to see the correct Content AI credits.

If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

Once done, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
