You may try enabling Ignore Query Parameters option at 404 monitor settings to avoid getting logs for query parameters:

Please note that the option will not remove the log/s upon enabling it. Let us know if the count is still increasing after that.
Also, we only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated. You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor:

Lastly, you can add them to the exclusion list at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor > Exclude Paths
