FAQ block by Rank Math automatically adds FAQ Schema to your posts/pages. You encounter duplicate FAQ Schema issue when you’ve additional schema setup for your FAQs alongside FAQ block by Rank Math.
To avoid this issue, you’ll need to remove any other FAQ Schema present on that post/page and use only FAQ block of Rank Math that adds the necessary FAQ Schema to your posts/pages.
However, if you would like to remove the FAQ Schema that being generated by Rank Math FAQ block, and keep the other additional Schema on that page, you may try applying the following filter to your site, to not to add the FAQ Schema by FAQ block of Rank Math:
