It seems that you are using the Rank Math PRO plugin but you have created this ticket using your Free account. Can you please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO subscription so we can verify it first?
As for your issue, please ensure that the Schema Module is enabled. You may check that in Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules:

If the issue persists, please try checking if there are other plugins that may be hindering Rank Math from generating the schema. You may check this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If that doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
