Rank Math free

The instructions to upgrade to pro from free are confusing. Can someone help me with this please. I can’t find a license anywhere

Since you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

Back to your concern, Rank Math doesn’t make use of any license code as you can simply just connect your Rank Math account to activate the PRO plugin ( https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-license-key/ ).

Omg you’re kidding right? this morning I bought 150 credits for AI, after I did that I got a bunch of emails that said thanx for your purchase and welcome to rank math. I’m absolutely confused now. I cant’ find the invoice because when I click on View your invoice here in one of my emails it just brings me to the homepage of rankmath….holy toledo this is confusing and super frustrating now.

I am sorry for the confusion and frustration. We’ll do our best to clarify things.

Please do the following:
On the rankmath.com navigation menu, go to My Account and on the My account page, switch to the Websites tab. Here’s the direct URL for convenience: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?

Check if you have the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

If the credits are correct in your rankmath.com account but still 0 in your WordPress Dashboard, please go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

After reconnecting go to Content AI in a page/post and click the refresh icon in the Content AI Box in the post/page editor:

Once you have done the above your credits should display correctly.

Please note, buying Content AI credits is not the same thing as upgrading to Rank Math PRO. That may have been one of the sources of confusion.
