Please note that the social image you have set in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Schema > OpenGraph thumbnail is used on the OpenGraph meta tags:

For the schema, Rank Math uses the featured image you have set for your posts and includes it in the schema.

Thanks for your answer but unfortunately it’s not the one I was after.I have not set a featured image at all, rankmath is picking up an image already on the page ie. on https://aussie-slots.com/3d-australian-slots-fun/ it has picked up the “egyptian gold” image ? actually I see no reason for an image at all as the page already has an image of the software available.

It seems that you’re referring to the Schema information shortcode added to your content:

Since Google recommends that you must show all of the data visible in schema code on the frontend, you can achieve that automatically by pasting the shortcode on your content.
However, you can use the code given below in the Additional CSS section of your site’s Customizer to hide the image and just display the rest of the info:
.rank-math-review-image,{
display: none!important;
}

Thank for your reply but to reiterate “I have not set a featured image at all”, however I seem to have solved my problem ( right or wrong ) by disabling “featured image” in the theme itself and setting it in the individual pages setting, thay way I get the set image and not any old image picked up from the pages content.
