Please visit the editor of the affected page and access the Rank Math SEO settings. Then, in the Schema tab, try removing the schema and adding it again.
See if that fixes the issue.

In this case, this is an issue with regard to the corruption of the schema.
A way to remove and add it back again is to make use of our bulk editor in the post/page/products list page, however, this is only available for the PRO version of our plugin.
For now, you may need to remove all the schema manually of your products and add it back again as you already did in the previous products.
