Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
“Not Submitted in Sitemap” is not an issue. It only means that Google has already indexed the URL but not through the sitemap.
Google may be crawling and indexing the posts through other means like the internal links on your website and not through the sitemaps, and as long as the posts/pages are getting crawled and indexed, there’s nothing to be worried about. This status does not have any effect on your website’s traffic. However, can you please confirm if you’re using instant indexing on your website?
Regarding your sitemap, if it is not up-to-date, you can follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.

Hello,
Could you please share the affected URL/s that are not showing in your sitemap so we can check?
Meanwhile, you can check this link for the common reason why a URL is not included in the sitemap:

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
URLs are given , it happens for all posts and web stories
Hello,
Upon inspecting the URL you shared, they seem to be listed in the sitemap as you can see in my screenshot:

It is likely that Google chooses to crawl your new posts via internal links within your website, not from your sitemap and Google wasn’t able to provide enough crawling budget for your sitemap.
However, this is something you shouldn’t worry about since the URLs are already indexed by Google.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
