I went ahead and installed Rank Math to reproduce the issue you are having and it seems the cause of the issue is this one redirection rule that is redirecting to itself. Please refer to the screenshot below: 
Deactivating that redirection rule will resolve the issue. Please check it on your end.
At the moment, I have deactivated the Rank Math plugin.
