unable to generate html sitemap

    my website unable to generate html sitemap by using Rankmath.
    I tried to generate html sitemap by using both Display Format Shortcode and Page.

    Using Shortcode- I copy pasted Shortcode in page, but it only shows rank_math_html_sitemap on page.
    Using Page- I searched page name, in “Select a page” but it showing “The result could not be loaded”
