None of my pages have been indexing or being crawled for the past 4 days

I have Instant indexing enabled and I also have a sitemap from Rankmath but for the past 4 days none of my pages are being crawled or even discovered by Google. How do I fix this? Even on Google search console — it shows that my pages from the past 4 days haven’t been discovered.
