Hello,
I recently purchased a subscription for 50 Content AI credits and it has not synced with my Rank Math dashboard. It is currently showing that I have 0 credits. How long does this take to sync after purchasing?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with your Content AI credits not showing after renewing your subscription.
Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Websites tab or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:
If the credits are correct in your rankmath.com account but still 0 in your WordPress Dashboard, please go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.
After reconnecting go to Content AI in a page/post and click the refresh icon:
Once you have done the above your credits should display correctly.
