I have checked the website and the reason behind the huge white space is due to theme adding this line of code:
.brz .brz-rich-text > * {
white-space: pre-wrap;
}
To wrap the white space between the FAQ heading and content, please add this bit of CSS code in Theme > Customize > Additional CSS
div#rank-math-faq {
white-space: revert !important;
}
As far as white space above the heading is concerned, there are few empty P tags added which you need to delete from the editor: https://i.rankmath.com/i/i07MQw
