I checked that and it seems the site was connected to the PRO version a while ago, but now it’s only connected to the free account, that you’ve used to open this ticket. In January there was a PRO version connected to the website you’ve shared.

So plugins first was installed on some other site ? Or ?
Can you see what date when it was first installed or date of purchase of this plugin ? And if plugins has license or smth like that ?
Because I could not update it and could not use all options what Pro version giving to me . We found out alredy that couple of plugins what we paid for are cracked. So we have worry also about RankMath Pro .

We cannot see what license was being used on the website previously since you reconnected the website to your Free account. That is also why you cannot update the PRO version because that requires a valid PRO account to perform the update.
If the plugin was updating fine previously is because the developer had a valid license to the plugin, otherwise the update would fail and ask to reconnect the account.
We don’t have any additional information on this matter.
