Creo que encontré el motivo, y es que no se guarda siempre que coloque algún emoji en la descripción. ¿Entiendo que esto es algo normal, o debería de dejar guardar aunque tenga emojis?

One of the collations that support the emojis is utf8mb4_unicode_ci
