    Hi there!

    I’d like to ask for some help. I’m working on the HTML website before then I add schema manually but it’s incomplete of the business address. Then this year I decided to switch to WordPress. I created pages from scratch then I used rank math plugins for the schema.

    When I checked to Semrush and Rich result test I can see that the old schema from HTML website is still there and the schema from rank math.

    What Can you suggest on how to remove the old schema since I have 35 incomplete schemas usually business addresses from HTML website before.

    I hope you can help me with this problem. I really2 want to fix this.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Since you mentioned that you have made the site from scratch, the schema could be coming from one of your plugins or active theme.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
