    Hi there, it would appear our subscription has been stopped and not auto renewed this year? It has caused me serious issues across all client websites! Please help.

    FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment failed. Could you please confirm if you have not received our email about the renewal?

    It is impossible as there is ample amount of funds in the account. I am concerned though that this was intentional as my price I was paying isn’t how much you charge now its tripled. Can you please look into this.

    Looks like the subscription was cancelled last January 17, 2023. That’s why our payment processor didn’t process the plan renewal. You can purchase a new subscription with our current offer from our site to continue using the premium features on your site.     I did not cancel it, have you guys intentionally cancelled it to force me onto a new price? I bought into RankMath early on and I wish to be put back on that pricing plan. I did NOT cancel it and the Direct Debit did not fail due to insufficient funds – this is very suspicious that you have cancelled my account wanting me to go onto the new pricing plan. If this is to be the case (which i will find out by the way) it is a disagrace.

    We did not cancel your subscription.

    There were 5 renewal payment attempts on your PayPal account (Jan 03, Jan 04, Jan 07, Jan 10, Jan 12) and after all of them failed, subscription got cancelled after 5 days (Jan, 17) automatically.

    Furthermore, our payment processor notified you by email about every event, please check the screenshot – https://monosnap.com/file/fGgNFkeRtgbG699JWqUlnW7ACvAzJl, did you not receive emails?

    Also, the price for Pro plan is the same as it was. You should just purchase new plan and problem solved.
