Plug in conflict with Polylang

    Hello,
    I’m writing you because I have an issue on my website (www.iedsrl.it), and I think this issue is due to a conflict with the Polylang plug-in. Deactivating your Rank Math plug in, the website is working well again.
    The issue was that I couldn’t see the main language – Italian, in my case – at the load of the websitemain page (home page). So I tried to deactivate Polylang but the issue persisted.

    Thanks to a plug in I installed today (WP Control), I found out that Rank Math was the cause of the issue!

    I would like to know if this conflict with Polylang is a known issue also for you, or I am the only one to have noticed that…?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Unfortunately, Rank Math is still not yet 100% compatible with Polylang. However, we have not received the same issue from our users.

    In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Hello,

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems to be working fine with Rank Math activated. Please refer to the screencast attached in the sensitive data section.

    Could you please confirm if I’m missing some steps to replicate the issue?

    I have disabled the Rank Math plugin again after checking.

    I’ve activated again the Rank Math plug-in, and the web site seems to work fine.
    Maybe it was a temporary issue…?
