No image previews on Whatsapp since last RankMath update

    Hi there. I’ve been using Rank Math since January this year and I am very happy with it. Yet, there are some issues that I go finding day by day.

    Since I upgraded my Rank Math Plugin to the last version I’ve got no personalized images on whatsapp previews at all:
    All of my pages, posts and products are being displayed with my site Logo.

    Also. I used OpenGraph function in Rank Math to show a standard photograph for all of my posts which had no images at all… this is not working on whatsapp which has come to be or customer service more important channel…

    Could you help me to know what should I do to get those previews again?
    Images in my site are no bigger than 1200×800 px and are also small enough files according to OpenGraph Standards.

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    If the image size is more than 300Kb, it doesn’t go very well with WhatsApp.

    Can you please check your image size? If it is more than 300kb, you might want to consider compressing it.
