Rank Math plugin adds the necessary markup for rich snippets. It may take some time before they show up in the search results, please allow a few days for Google to pick up the information.
Google will not necessarily show the rating stars, though, they check a few things first and may choose not to show, for instance, they check the overall quality of the site, and if the review content is representative of the main content of the page or not.
Here is a quote from one of the Google’s help article:
We perform algorithmic and manual quality checks to ensure that structured data meets relevancy standards. In cases where we see structured data that does not comply with these standards, we reserve the right to disable rich snippets for a site in order to maintain a high-quality search experience for our users. Hello,
With the excerpt do you mean the meta description? I checked the page and the description is set but Google didn’t find it since Google didn’t crawl your website since the 11th of May.
You can check it by yourself in the Google cache:

If the cache date is from before adding the new meta description, then you just have to wait for Google to re-crawl and re-index the page with the new info.

You just have to wait for Google to re-crawl and re-index the page with the new info. You can also add instant indexing plugin to your site and then update your posts/pages and see how it goes.

Hi Amit,
You should not ask Google to remove a URL. They might get suspicious and even if not – Google might take a lot of time to index your website again during which time you will not get any visits on those pages you are removing.
Please note that Rank Math can only add the Schema, it is up to Google to honor that Schema and include it beside your SERPs. It depends on your website’s authority as well as the relevance of showing the Schema for the keywords you are ranking for.
