I checked your sitemap and seems like it is working perfectly and Googlebot is also able to crawl your sitemap URL as well.
Please try to remove all previously submitted sitemaps and re-submitting your /sitemap_index.xml to GSC and see if that resolves the issue for you.
If the issue, persists, remove /sitemap_index.xml and submit /?sitemap=1 to GSC to see if that works for you.

Thanks for your response
I have checked by submitting /?sitemap=1 to GSC but it is showing 0 discovered urls and my new posts are not showing on google search result even google is not crawling my posts.

Can you please share some affected URLs with us? So that we can check this further for you.
However, please note that the Discovered URLs 0 that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.

based on the Google Search Console screenshots you shared, Google is aware of the URLs on your website, but till chooses not to index them. Please refer to the following guide for how to handle crawled, currently not indexed URLs: https://rankmath.com/kb/crawled-currently-not-indexed/
