You can set noindex to those pages/posts to tell Google to skip these pages from being indexed and shown on SERPs.

Please be advised that if those URLs are already indexed and being shown on SERPs, Google may require some time to remove/de-index them from SERPs.

I’ have already set the Noindex to Pages which i’ don’t to be listed in any Search Engines but i’ still find its shows-up again even after Setting the Page Noindex.

Please note that it will take some time for search engines to remove them on the search results page if they are already indexed.
In case you wanted important/specific links to be removed immediately, you can use the page removal tool in your Google Search Console account
