data gone as of 1st jan

    Hi,
    On my dashboard all my data and keywords etc seem to be fine until January 1st everything goes to zero. This isn’t the case as I can see on my google search console that its incorrect. Is there a reason this has happened? I have a screenshot if that helps.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure that you’re using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    After that, please head over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

    Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

    This is how it should look like:

    Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google Analytics and you should be able to see the updated data on Rank Math Analytics dashboard.
