    I use your plugin for 5 web pages that I manage by myself.
    I managed to connect 4 of them to Google Sitemap successfully
    Now I spent more than 4 hours setting it up on the 5th website, https://orestone.net, mission impossible
    There I noticed one big difference:
    For the 4 successful installations, I have your .106 version.
    For the failing website, I have .106 version, but the layout is clearly from an older version. I know you had an issue where the sitemap did not work, that is why I used another plugin for a long time. Now it seems to be working again except for the 5th one.
    I downgraded to version .105, but did not help.
    The file https://orestone.net/sitemap_index.xml is readable but Google can not find it.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I can see that Rank Math is successfully generating your sitemap on /sitemap_index.xml but if you look at your /robots.txt then you will be able to see that your sitemap is indicating at /sitemap.xml. Seems like you’re using Companion Sitemap Generator plugin and it is generating a blank sitemap on /sitemap.xml.

    This may be the reason behind Google is being unable to detect your /sitemap_index.xml. You should add this sitemap URL in the robots.txt file so Google can detect it. Also, it is not recommended to use more than one plugin to generate your sitemap.
