If searching for the sitemap page is not working as shown in the screencast, there might be a conflict between Rank Math and one of your plugins or your theme. Please follow this guide to determine the source of the conflict: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/. Once you have found the source of the conflict, please let us know so we can investigate further. You can also contact the support for the other plugin as they may already have a solution.

I tried it by deactivating all plugins and only keeping rank math active on my test site thejustread.com but it’s same. The page is not appearing under the site map page.
Can you check again why is this happening? I am using thrive themes. Any known issue with the theme with this feature?

We have not received any issues with the theme you’re currently using.
Also, the sitemap page you have shared in the sensitive data section is opening fine. Please refer to the screenshot attached there for your reference.

No it’s not resolved and this sitemap is not from rankmath. I am using another plugin for html sitemap as I couldn’t wait for 24 hrs for your support to respond.
Anyways I was looking for better support.
Will review my options again in Q2.
