Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– International payments are turned on
Also, are you are using a Proxy or VPN? If so, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.
One thing that needs to consider is your account verification. Do also make sure your PayPal account is verified enough to do purchases and adding a Credit card increases your ID proof.
With that said, a credit card is needed to be verified with a PayPal account for automatic subscriptions in case there is no balance in your PayPal account. That is a requirement set forth by PayPal, not us.
