What is the best SEO practice in the Robots Meta options for the website ?

Hello
Can you help me figure out what is the best practice in Robots Meta?

In Titles & Meta, I do No-index for Robots Meta for the following:

1-Categories
2-Tags
3-Misc Pages
4-Attachments
5-post formats
6-Authors
7-archive template

Please help me figure out if I am doing the best practice or are there some options to make Robots Meta indexed.

There is also an option RM Locations categories
Are their settings correct as shown in the picture.
