The errors you are facing on your /page-sitemap.xml usually happens when you are using the Blurb feature in Divi or using a background image in the Blurb.
We recommend you to contact with the Divi team and ask them if they have a solution for this where these images/BG images of blurbs are not included in the sitemap. The functionality of Rank Math being able to see Divi images and adding them to the sitemap was added by the Divi.
To fix this temporarily, you can disable the Images in Sitemap option in Rank Math sitemap settings.
The other issue “Discovered – currently not indexed” means that Google has found the URLs but has not yet decided whether to index them. You can follow this URL below that explain this in detail:

I have disabled the Images in Sitemap option in Rank Math sitemap settings, should i need to create sitemap again and resubmit ??

The images is already disabled from your sitemap. Now can try to remove all previously submitted sitemaps from your GSC account and resubmit your main sitemap(sitemap_index.xml).
Please note that as I mentioned above, it is a temporary solution. To fix this issue permanently, you will have to contact with Divi.

I have already contacted divi, they said they will fix it in the next update… however suggested to disabled the images in the sitemap right now, so I did it. but the issue is not been fixed…

If you are still facing issue with your /page-sitemap.xml please try to follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Once done then resubmit your sitemap on GSC account.

Changing the value won’t exclude the sitemap from caching. It will flush the current cache. Please follow the step #2 mentioned by my colleague above.
If that doesn’t work, please try adding the following filter additionally:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
