Please note that Google only index those pages which are set to index in robots meta. If you are seeing your no-indexed pages on SERPs that means Google indexed those pages before you set them noindex and now you are seeing the cached version. In this case you just need to wait for Google to recrawl your entire website and these URLs should be removed from SERPs.
One more option you can do is to use of Google’s URL removal tool to remove those URLs from SERPs.
