Sitemap Could not be Read Error GSC

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve been having issues indexing my sitemap as search console give me the “sitemap could not be read” error.

    I’ve tried all troubleshooting and the issue still persists.

    I also recently noticed that my sitemap page is blank or empty.

    I’ve tried all troubleshooting suggested on the rankmath YouTube channel and it’s not working.

    Kindly help me resolve this.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Back to your issue, I checked your sitemap and seems like now it is loading perfectly without any issue.

    However, I can see that one of your sitemap variations isn’t redirecting to your final variation. Please refer to the screenshot below:

    Please note that all 4 URL variations of your sitemap should redirect to 1 preferred variation.

    After doing, please clear your website cache and submit the sitemap again to your Google Search Console.
