Yes, we can change your username. Kindly send us your preferred username or nickname.
To check if your preferred name is available, open your profile URL and try to change the name:
https://support.rankmath.com/users/username1/
If changing username1 to [preferred nickname] shows a profile instead of a Page Not Found error, then it means the username is taken.
Please note that usernames can’t have spaces.
If your chosen username is available, we’ll inform the accounts team of the same and they will proceed with the change.

Hi! Thanks, that’s so great to hear – I tried the URL, and it appears “equalizer” is not taken yet as a username (no such user). So if it can be changed to “equalizer” that would be wonderful! Thanks again.
