The name part on the WP import is perfectly fine. As far as value is concerned, it’s based on the CSV file field you’re importing. I tested it out on my end with custom field and it worked perfectly. Please check the CSV field you are mapping with the Rank Math field.
There’s also a plugin by WP all import which is purely made for Rank Math. You can download the plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/import-xml-csv-settings-to-rank-math-seo/
