Please may you check if the rest of your Rank Math metadata is updating. If your Rank Math keywords, titles, descriptions are not updating, please follow this guide to fix it: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/
If your the rest of your Rank Math metadata is updating, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools.
Ensure that you have enabled advanced mode to see the Database Tools tab.
Then, click on the button “Recalculate Score”, wait for it to process, and click on the button “Rebuild Index”. That should update the scores.
